Tutorial: Guidelines for hands

My friend was asking me on Skype how to draw hands so I did this^^

I don't think I explained the guidelines well in my other tutorial
So here's a more detailed one. I already made it anyways so I might as well post it here too^^(It'll rot in my folder if I don't)
